Job description
Role: Laboratory Diagnostic Technician responsible for performing quality diagnostic tests on a variety of specimens.
Key Duties: Conducts laboratory testing, supervises associated positions (if applicable), and ensures accurate and timely results.
Qualifications & Skills: Must meet physical requirements, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical activities, and work in potentially hazardous environments. Sufficient strength, mobility, and stamina are essential.
Physical & Visual Requirements: Ability to see with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance, and wear protective equipment. May be exposed to infectious, contagious diseases, chemicals, and may require irregular hours.
Work Environment: May involve exposure to infectious agents, toxic chemicals, and require physical activities such as sitting, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
Key Skills: Attention to detail, physical stamina, ability to handle emergency situations, and adherence to safety protocols.
