Job description
Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Senior Trauma Nurse in San Antonio, TX to support trauma nursing and performance improvement activities. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You’ll Do:
Support trauma performance improvement activities.
Support CPG compliance and clinical case review.
Support trauma registry data validation.
Support multidisciplinary trauma and performance improvement activities.
What You Bring:
Required:
BSN from an accredited institution.
Active, unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 states.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in trauma, emergency, critical care, trauma registry, or performance improvement.
Experience with trauma performance improvement, CPG compliance, case review, registry validation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Secret clearance required.
CAC eligibility required.
T3 investigation requirement.
Preferred:
Trauma-related certification.
