Milliman’s CMH Health Practice seeks a credentialed Actuarial Manager with strong Medicare experience to lead client-facing engagements and mentor junior staff. The role focuses on provider value-based payment, MSSP performance, and risk adjustment for health systems, physician groups, and ACOs.

The position requires extensive actuarial expertise, SOA fellowship or FSA designation, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and guide strategic financial decisions.
