Job description
Humana Inc. seeks a Clinical Programs Pharmacist Lead to drive strategies that improve Medicare members’ medication adherence and appropriate use.
As part of a collaborative Pharmacy Stars team, you will develop and oversee program initiatives, using independent judgment on complex issues and coordinating across functions to meet safety and quality goals. You will bring PharmD with licensure, 5+ years in managed care or pharmacy, and strong communication and project leadership skills.
