nnAssist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
nDocument all medication management related information.
nNotify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
nAssist and/or manage all medication refills.
nUpdate records as necessary.
n nnQualifications:
Qualifications
nnExperience as a caregiver and must have medication certification.
nFirst Aid/CPR certified.
