CNA / PCA / Caregiver Responsibilities
As a member of our care team, you will: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
Help with mobility, transfers and other activities of daily living
Provide companionship and resident engagement
Support a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
Work closely with our nursing and care team
Medication Aide / Med Tech Responsibilities
Medication Aides, Med Techs and RMAs will: Assist with medication administration according to Virginia requirements
Maintain accurate medication documentation
Observe residents and communicate changes to the care team
Assist with resident care as needed
Provide compassionate and dependable service
What We're Looking For
We'd love to meet candidates who are: Compassionate, reliable and dependable
Passionate about working with seniors
Team-oriented
Strong communicators
Interested in Assisted Living, Memory Care or senior living
Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, Direct Care Worker or Med Tech is a plus.
Medication Aide / Med Tech candidates must meet applicable Virginia medication aide training and certification requirements.
