Medication Aide / Med TechMedical Suites at Oak Creek– Oak Creek, Wisconsin Full-Time AM or PM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term CareMedical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking compassionate and dependable Med Techs to join our nursing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll provide quality care to our residents while ensuring their medications are administered safely and accurately.Hiring for AM 7a-7p or PM 7p-7a!Med Tech Requirements:Active CNA Certification in WisconsinCurrent Wisconsin Medication Aide certification- REQUIREDExperience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferredExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work weekends and holidays as neededMed Tech Responsibilities:Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policiesAccurately document medication administration and resident responsesMonitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurseCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and the nursing teamAssist with resident care and support as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residentsFollow all medication administration, infection control, and safety proceduresWhy Join Medical Suites at Oak Creek?We believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
