Our campus, Park Lane Senior Living, also includes 20 Independent Living Apartments and 11 Residential Healthcare Apartments, allowing us to provide a continuum of care for local seniors.Our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and at home. We believe our team members are the foundation of that mission and strive to create a supportive workplace where employees can thrive.Position SummaryAs a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will assist with medication administration, activities of daily living, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.Certified Medication Aides must be flexible and willing to work as either Medication Aides or Nurse Aides, subject to change depending on staffing needs and position availability.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professionalMonitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff memberAssist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistanceCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsActive Kansas Certified Medication Aide certificate.Active Kansas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Health Care Aide certification.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.Previous long-term care experience preferred; however, motivated new CNAs are encouraged to apply.Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Dependable work ethic and commitment to resident-centered care.Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and daily living activities.Why Join Park Lane?Flexible scheduling optionsMultiple shift lengths availableSupportive team environmentMeaningful work serving local seniorsOpportunity to make a lasting impact every dayJoin our team and help us provide exceptional care, comfort, and dignity to the residents we proudly serve.Apply today and become part of the Park Lane family.
