We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and STNA to help keep our residents safe, healthy, and cared for this autumn and beyond.Why You'll Love Working With UsWarm Community: Work alongside a supportive nursing team dedicated to high-quality resident care.Professional Growth: Maintain your certifications with ongoing continuing education opportunities.Meaningful Impact: Build strong relationships with residents while playing a critical role in their daily wellness.What You'll DoAs a Medication Aide, you will administer medications under the guidance of our nursing supervisors and attending physicians while ensuring the highest standards of safety and accuracy.Medication Pass: Accurately prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications as prescribed.Resident Safety: Verify resident identities, observe medication ingestion, track vital signs, and promptly report any changes or reactions to the Charge Nurse.Quality Assurance: Assist with proper labeling, charting, drug receipt error reporting, and safe medication disposal according to state and facility guidelines.Collaborative Care: Maintain positive working relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and nursing staff to keep resident care running smoothly.Warm & Resident-Centered: Provide compassionate daily care and support to our residents. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.What We're Looking ForCertification: Must be a licensed/certified Medication Aide in Ohio who has successfully completed a state-approved training program and listed on the Ohio STNA registry.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills (ratios, percentages), and solid problem-solving abilities.Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs; comfort using electronic charting/computer systems.Ready for a fresh start this fall?
