We are searching for a talented Medication History Tech
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Evening shift, 11:00am - 7:30pm, 1:30pm - 10:00pm (Primarily), 3:30pm - 12:00am with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Medication History Tech performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care.High School graduate or the equivalent is required.
Additional clinical course work or training is preferred.
Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) is required.
One year of related work experience is required; three years is preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
