Job description

Banner Health is seeking an Acute Medication History Pharmacy Technician to obtain and document comprehensive medication histories by interviewing patients, families, and other sources. You will collect prescriptions, OTCs, vitamins, supplements, and herbal remedies to support safe patient care.

This mid-shift role includes four 10-hour shifts per week, typically 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM, with weekend coverage rotation.
