Medication History Technician I
Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is a premiere clinical and academic health system, providing expert pediatric care for infants, children and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. The purpose of the Medication History Technician I is to prepare complete medication histories for patients. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure accurate medication records. Educates patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information.
Rotating Shifts, 8 hour day/evening shifts (Hours are based on operational needs)
Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
Every 3rd Weekend work required (Saturday & Sunday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm)
Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg FL
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.
Minimum 19.02/hour - Maximum 30.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
