Pharmacy Medication History Technician I
Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is a premiere clinical and academic health system, providing expert pediatric care for infants, children and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. The purpose of the Pharmacy Medication History Technician I is to prepares complete medication histories for patients. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure accurate medication records. Educates patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information.
Rotating 8 or 12 Hour Shifts (Evening Shifts (Hours are based on operational needs)
Limited (20 Hours/Week)
Every other weekend (8 hours shifts, evening shift 3:30p - 12 midnight) & 1 day per week (12 hour shift, 10:30a - 11p)
Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg FL
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.
Minimum 19.02/hour - Maximum 30.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
