Job description
RiverWoods Exeter seeks compassionate LNA/MNAs to provide direct, person-centered care to residents in our continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, taking vital signs, documenting care, supporting restorative programs, and collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary team members. You’ll build meaningful relationships with older adults while promoting dignity, safety, and comfort across independent, assisted living, and nursing care settings.
