Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for an MNA looking for a set schedule with minimal hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.Schedule: Every Monday 3PM - 11PM and every other weekend.Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00, based on experienceWhy Join Us?At Langdon Place of Exeter, we believe in Locals Caring for Locals. Under local New Hampshire ownership, we are committed to creating a supportive workplace where our employees are valued and our residents receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.ResponsibilitiesAs an MNA, you will:Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policiesAccurately document medication administration and resident informationObserve residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the licensed nurseAssist residents with activities of daily living as neededProvide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered careMaintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independenceCommunicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care teamFollow all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirementsWork collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure residents receive exceptional careQualificationsCurrent New Hampshire MNA license in good standingPrevious senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsCompassionate, reliable, and resident-focusedAbility to work effectively as part of a teamIf you are a dedicated MNA looking for a great opportunity with a supportive team, we encourage you to apply today!
