Job description
Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager, Pharmacy (Medication Safety Manager) in Evanston, IL. The role focuses on guiding medication safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvements within our hospital network.
You will lead adverse event reviews, develop safety policies, and educate staff while partnering with clinicians to optimize patient care. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a strong emphasis on safety culture and residency precepting.
