Job description
Edward Elmhurst Health in Evanston, IL, is seeking a Medication Safety Manager to lead all aspects of medication safety across our hospital network. You will review adverse events, develop safety processes, lead committees, and mentor residents and pharmacists while ensuring compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws.
This role requires a PharmD, Illinois licensure, and residency experience, with travel to multiple campuses.
