Medication Technician Opportunity At Chantilly Heights Memory CareAre you a compassionate Medication Technician who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? Chantilly Heights Memory Care located in Chantilly, Virginia is looking for caring, dependable team members to join us in providing exceptional support to our residents.Working in memory care is about more than completing a task or passing medication. It's about creating familiarity, building trust, and providing the patience and reassurance that can make all the difference in a resident's day.What You'll DoAs a Medication Technician, you'll work closely with our nursing and care teams to support the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities include:Safely administer medications according to physician orders, resident care plans, and applicable regulationsAccurately document medication administration and maintain appropriate medication recordsMonitor residents and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, or concerns to the appropriate team memberAssist residents with activities of daily living and personal care as neededProvide reassurance, redirection, and compassionate support to residents living with memory impairmentRespond promptly and respectfully to resident needsCommunicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care teamFollow medication management procedures, infection-control practices, and community safety standardsHelp create a calm, comfortable, and engaging environment for our residentsTreat every resident with patience, dignity, and respectWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Medication Aide/Medication Technician credentials as required by the Commonwealth of VirginiaPrevious senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferredCurrent OpportunitiesDay Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities availableEvening Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Part-Time opportunities availableIf you're looking for a position where your compassion and attention to detail are just as important as your skills, we'd love to meet you.Apply today and become part of the Chantilly Heights Memory Care team!
