Ask us about the path to your bright future!Responsibilities:Inform others of changes in a resident's conditionDispense medications to residentsMaintain records of medications administeredAssist with resident physical care, meals and activitiesCommunicate effectivelyPractice effective team behaviorDemonstrate effective interpersonal relationshipsIs organized and manages time effectivelyBuild resident and family satisfactionQualifications:Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer's careSkilled at building relationships with residentsAbility to maintain resident confidentialityAbility to successfully complete Aegis Medication Training Certification programKnowledge and ability to assist residents with medicationsMust meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on TB screen.Must be a minimum age of 18 years old.Min Salary: USD $22.00/Hr.Max Salary: USD $23.00/Hr.
