Medication Technician – Make a Difference Every DayAt Quail Park Communities, we believe great senior living starts with compassionate people. We're looking for a dependable Medication Technician who enjoys caring for seniors, building relationships, and making a positive difference every day.If you're attentive, compassionate, and take pride in providing exceptional care, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoAdminister medications accurately and on time according to physician orders, regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate medication records, MARs, and resident documentation.Communicate with pharmacies, physicians, nurses, and families regarding resident care and medication needs.Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns.Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility.Build meaningful relationships with residents through conversation, activities, and daily interactions.Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.Support dining, activities, housekeeping, and other community needs as necessary.Uphold resident dignity, choice, privacy, and rights at all times.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience working with seniors preferred.CNA or applicable caregiving/medication experience preferred.Ability to complete required Medication Technician training.CPR/First Aid certification.Food Handler certification.Basic computer skills.Strong communication and organizational skills.Genuine passion for working with seniors.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to meet applicable state health and regulatory requirements.Pre-employment screening may include a background check, TB screening, physical examination, and drug screening, as applicable.Why Join Quail Park?$23.15/hour for all Medication Technician ShiftsPaid Time OffMedical, dental & vision benefits for eligible team membersRetirement savings opportunitiesTuition and education assistanceEmployee meals & coffee perksFlexible schedulingTraining and career growth opportunitiesSupportive, team-focused environmentDo meaningful work.
