Job description
HotSpot Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Medicinal Chemistry to co-lead a discovery program from hit to clinical candidate, in a Boston-based hybrid setting.
You will mentor scientists, design novel compounds, and collaborate with biology and computational groups to drive strategic direction. You will leverage advanced modeling and CRO partnerships, deliver high quality data for project teams, and contribute to board materials.
