Professional Fleet Maintenance is a busy and rapidly growing fleet repair company looking for experienced Diesel Truck Technicians for both mobile and in-shop positions at our Tampa and Fort Lauderdale locations.
We are seeking motivated, dependable, and career-minded technicians who want long-term growth opportunities with a company that values quality work, professionalism, and teamwork.
We service light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty trucks, commercial fleets, and diesel equipment.

Compensation
$25 – $43 per hour
(Pay based on experience, certifications, productivity, and skill level)
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair diesel engines and fleet vehicles
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and engine systems
Use diagnostic software and scan tools effectively
Complete repair orders accurately and professionally
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
Qualifications
Experience working on diesel trucks and fleet vehicles
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Valid Driver’s License required
CDL is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Mobile technician experience is a plus
ASE certifications are a plus
