We are seeking someone who values building positive relationships, works well in a team environment, and has demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles.Customer service and strong communication skillsAdministrative and organizational skillsAbility to manage a high volume of phone interactionsProven work history demonstrating reliability and longevity in prior rolesCash posting experienceCall center experienceMedMax Credit Account Analyst Key Responsibilities:Enters data and updates MedMax Credit card holder's accounts.Provides superior customer service while maintaining high standards of excellence mandated by MedMax Credit and clients.Understands all appropriate policies and procedures, basic knowledge of The Credit Card Act, and provides follow up on the accounts that do not meet the MedMax Credit card guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
