Job description
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a local assignment in Jackson, TN. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive bedside care to adult patients, including assessments, IV medications, wound care, and telemetry monitoring. You will coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, document accurately in the EHR, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
