Job description
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN for a local opportunity in Jackson, TN. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical-surgical care to adult patients, including assessment, planning, and implementing individualized care plans. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, documenting accurately in the EMR, and educating patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
