Job description
IDEX is seeking a seasoned business development leader to drive MedTech growth across surgical equipment, implantables, drug delivery and Diagnostics. This role partners with engineering, operations and sales to build scalable, high-margin solutions.
You will cultivate a strong pipeline, win funded development programs, and translate technical capabilities into differentiated offerings for key OEM customers. Travel up to 40% is expected.
