Job description
Accenture is seeking a Principal Director to lead a defined MedTech R&D segment, owning strategy, team, and P&L. You will originate and close major engagements with senior R&D leaders, drive AI-enabled transformations, and establish a credible industry position in AI-driven product development.
You will travel up to 75% to client locations and shape market strategy, with responsibility for revenue, headcount, and margins, building a high-impact practice at Accenture scale.
