Job description
Accenture seeks a Principal Director to lead a defined MedTech R&D segment, owning strategy, team, and P&L. You will originate and close major engagements with senior R&D leaders, and drive AI-enabled transformations across product development and clinical operations.
You will travel up to 75% to client locations and partner with executives to shape Accenture's R&D vision in MedTech. A strong industry network and leadership track record are essential.
