Job description
Accenture is seeking a Principal Director to lead a defined MedTech R&D segment, shaping strategy, building teams, and closing major engagements. You will drive AI-enabled transformations and maintain executive relationships, positioning Accenture as a long-term partner for R&D evolution.
You will own revenue targets, headcount, and margins, and will travel up to 75% to client sites, while developing thought leadership and recruiting for future leaders.
