Job description
Johnson & Johnson, based in Raritan, NJ, seeks a Director, Strategy Planning & Execution, MedTech Surgery to lead Americas Commercial strategic capabilities and drive KPI alignment. You will partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to ensure on‑track execution of enterprise goals.
Requirements include 10+ years in Sales/Marketing, a bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. MBA preferred; travel up to 25–30% is required.
