Job description
Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Melt Deck Operator to join our Shawano, WI foundry team. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor melt deck furnaces to produce high-quality gray and ductile iron for OEM customers. Responsibilities include charging furnaces, sampling and adjusting metal chemistry, tracking temperatures, and safely handling molten metal using overhead cranes and forklifts. You will follow strict safety and quality procedures, complete production documentation, and coordinate with molding and core departments.
