Now Hiring: Melting Operator – 3rd ShiftAre you looking for a great opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing team? We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Melting Operator to support production operations in American Canyon. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!Job ResponsibilitiesPerform fat melting operations according to the production Kanban schedule.Verify the correct type of fat is being melted and ensure it is routed to the appropriate production location.Monitor and verify sugar levels using the PLC system.Continuously monitor melter temperatures to maintain product quality and process efficiency.Accurately add powdered ingredients according to production recipes.Refill sugar silos based on the production needs of the liquids department.Receive and transport raw materials from the warehouse, including bags weighing up to 50 lbs.Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferred.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written recipes and work instructions.Reliable attendance and flexibility to work the required schedule, including weekends.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?Competitive pay starting at $22.50/hour DOEFull-time opportunityStable 3rd shift scheduleOpportunity to gain experience with a leading manufacturing company
