Job description
Texas Trust Credit Union is seeking a Member Advocate I to assist members with everyday transactions and tailor guidance to their financial needs. You will build rapport and help make members part of the Texas Trust family.
You will greet customers, use their name, and provide multi-channel banking options while staying compliant with policies and regulations. Strong communication and accuracy are essential. Weekend shifts may be required to cover Saturdays.
