Job description
The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a collaborative and energetic leader to support daily branch operations and elevate member experiences as the Experience Delivery Director at the Downtown YMCA. This role oversees key program areas, leads service teams, and ensures operational excellence while fostering a welcoming environment for all.
This position will often work mornings, evenings, and weekends. Flexible schedule is required to be successful in the role.
