Job description
Powertown is seeking a Member Experience Lead in the United States (Boston area) to own every prospective member from introduction through signed Powerblock contract. You will shape interactions, processes, and systems to keep retention high and convert leads into signed contracts.
This role requires being highly personable, customer-success focused, and excited to lead the experience of hundreds of customers nationwide over time. Stock options are part of the compensation package.
