EōS Fitness is seeking a dynamic Member Experience Manager to enhance member satisfaction at our location in Town of Land O' Lakes, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include addressing member concerns, resolving billing issues, and leading the front desk team to ensure a welcoming environment.
The successful candidate will have customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A competitive hourly pay range of $18—$20 and benefits are offered.
