EōS Fitness in West Jordan, Utah is looking for a Member Experience Manager to enhance service for our members and guests. In this role, you'll address member concerns, resolve billing issues, and ensure a positive experience while supporting our values.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Competitive hourly pay of $15-$17, along with various benefits, is offered.
