Job description
EōS Fitness is seeking a dynamic Member Experience Manager to elevate service for members and guests. You will lead front desk staff, address billing issues, and partner with gym managers to ensure a clean, friendly, and well-maintained facility that reflects our core values.
In this leadership role, you will train, motivate, and develop team members while driving initiatives to improve member retention and overall satisfaction across our clubs.
