Job description
Planet Fitness seeks a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests and deliver exceptional customer service. You will answer phones, assist with inquiries, and help with tours, sign-ups, and billing issues at the Wheaton club.
The role includes regular club housekeeping and interacting with a diverse member base, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment and a night shift premium applied for hours 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.
