Job description
Hawaii State Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Associate to be the first point of contact for members, delivering friendly, personalized service and guiding them through everyday banking needs.
You will process transactions, support new accounts, and help members navigate online and mobile banking, digital payments, and self-service options, contributing to a positive, efficient member experience.
