Job description
Ashtabula Regional Medical Center is seeking a Member Relations Specialist for its Fitness Facility. You will perform membership duties, assist members with proper use of exercise equipment, and support equipment maintenance as needed, while acting as an ambassador of ACMC and Premiere for all members and visitors.
The role emphasizes customer service excellence and knowledge of fitness equipment; CPR & First Aid certification is required to ensure safe facility operation and member safety.
