Be at the absolute frontier of AI development building the infrastructure, environments, and systems that enable the next generation of intelligent agents.
We're hiring Senior Engineers that will be part of a deeply technical, fully hands‑on engineering team, tackling problems that if solved, would unlock double‑digit economic growth. The work spans reinforcement learning environments, large‑scale simulation, realistic task generation, and the infrastructure required to support it all at scale.
Backed by top‑tier venture capital firms (including Sequoia Capital) and growing rapidly, this company is building auto‑scaling infrastructure used by major hyperscalers, serving some of the smartest researchers and engineers in the world.
Ideal for engineers who:
Want their work to materially shape the future of AI systems
Use AI tools and coding agents as force multipliers
Move fast
Think deeply
Take ownership
What You’ll Do:
Build and own core infrastructure supporting RL environments, simulated data, and representative tasks
Design systems that scale reliably under real‑world AI workloads
Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to translate ideas into production‑grade systems
Leverage fleets of coding agents to accelerate execution
Take full ownership from architecture to delivery
What We’re Looking For:
STEM degree from a top 30 university
3+ years owning production full‑stack or infrastructure systems (Python or similar language)
Strength in at least one of: Low‑level infrastructure, distributed systems
Explicit interest or experience in reinforcement learning
