Member Service Representative/TellerWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative/Teller. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs.Responsibilities:Greet members and provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional mannerProcess transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan paymentsIdentify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needsRespond to member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective mannerMaintain a thorough understanding of credit union products and servicesAdhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controlsPerform other duties as assignedWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
