Member Specialist/Bank TellerLocal credit union is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Specialist/Bank Teller to join their team.Responsibilities include providing account services to credit union members by:Ensuring members are informed of Credit Union services, products, and policiesReceiving deposits and loan paymentsCashing checksIssuing savings withdrawalsRecording night depositsBalancing cash drawer with a high degree of accuracyIssuing cashier's checks and money ordersProviding assistance to members via telephone, in-person or online banking inquiriesProcessing daily reportsAdministrative supportTo provide friendly, professional service to all membersOther duties as requiredQualifications:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multi-task and organizational skills are essentialProficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products2 years of previous bank experience is preferredAssociate's degree preferred; however, not required
