Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Member Upgrade Sales professional to join our team in Davison, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with existing members, understanding their needs, and promoting membership upgrades that enhance their experience and value.
Responsibilities
Contact existing members to discuss membership benefits and upgrade options.
Identify opportunities to increase member satisfaction and retention through upgrades.
Provide detailed information about membership tiers, pricing, and exclusive offers.
Maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Handle member inquiries and resolve any concerns related to membership upgrades.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in membership or subscription-based services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
