Job description
The YMCA of Greater Louisville is hiring an Assistant Membership Director to foster a member-focused culture and model relationship building across interactions. This role reports to the Senior Membership Director and drives community engagement to support organizational goals.
You will train 25 part-time staff, welcome prospective members using a Listen First approach, and develop tactics to increase enrollment and retention through exceptional service and community involvement.
