Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center is seeking a Membership Director to lead membership sales and enhance member engagement at the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center location in Stafford, VA.
The role oversees front desk operations, team supervision, and the development of sales goals with monthly reporting, reporting directly to the General Manager. The position is salary-exempt with $50,000/year compensation and requires strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
