Job description
The Sephardic Community Center is seeking a Director of Membership to lead every part of the membership journey—from acquisition and onboarding through engagement, renewal, retention, and reactivation—while guiding the team, pricing, and technology that support it.
This role demands an operator who can use data, technology, and sound business judgment to drive measurable results, improve the member experience, and build a stronger membership function within a close-knit Sephardic community.
