Heritage Golf Group is seeking a Membership Director for The Palisades Country Club in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will drive membership growth through relationship-building and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in hospitality or sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for club culture.
The position offers a competitive compensation package of $75,000 - $110,000, inclusive of base salary and commission. The role includes responsibilities such as managing sales goals, providing exceptional member engagement, and representing the club at community events.
