Job description
Katz JCC in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a proactive Membership Director to lead outreach, membership sales, and retention. You will develop programs, manage a team, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with the finance team and local partners.
The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and CRM proficiency to analyze member data, create campaigns, and ensure exceptional member service. A degree in business is preferred with 5+ years of leadership in membership or sales.
